I can’t recommend The Clean Mile highly enough. The service was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Russ was professional, friendly, and took great care with my rug. It came back looking so clean and fresh, far better than I expected. The communication was excellent throughout, and the whole process was straightforward. Russ provided fantastic carpet cleaning today and I highly recommend his services. From the outset he communicated well and was warm, friendly and accommodating. He offered long-range availability and booking. He even reached out closer to my scheduled appointment as a friendly reminder.
He arrived exactly on time and took great care of the carpets. Russ was professional and friendly which is rare. He was chatty and polite, even acknowledging my little one who was eager to say hello and make friends.

I cannot recommend this service enough! We recently bought a second hand sofa that had a really horrendous doggy smell, and I honestly wasn’t sure if it could be saved. Russ was an absolute top bloke – friendly, professional and his communication from start to finish was brilliant. He didn’t just clean it; he completely transformed it. The odor is completely gone and the fabric looks brand new again. If you have furniture in need of a deep clean, don’t hesitate to book him! 🛋️

Contacted this company via email and easily arranged an appointment. Great communication throughout and a price quoted straightaway. Russ arrived today and explained what he’d be doing and then got on and did it. Really pleased with the results and would definitely recommend him to anybody. He’s a really nice, friendly guy as well which is always a plus for me. If you need your carpet cleaning he’s your man. Excellent service

I Had Russ from The Clean Mile come out to do my sofa, cuddle chair and PC chair — and honestly, top-class service from start to finish. Nothing was too much for him. He was polite, easy to talk to, and had a good laugh with us while he worked.
The results are fantastic, the furniture looks brand new again, and the price was more than fair. His personality and professionalism really went a long way.

I had my living room carpet and rug cleaned by Russ today.
So happy with the results.
Russ was very honest with how the results could be due to the wool in the rug and carpet but Russ did a really good job.
Russ was very quick to respond to my emails, polite and prompt on the day.
Also a very tidy worker.
Definitely recommend 👌🏻
